I use Mirekusoft Install Monitor ( http://www.mirekusoft.com/). It's more than just an uninstaller. Aside from removing all the junk that come along programs, it monitors what gets installed in my system and prevents auto-start up of programs like iTunes. It's a must-have if you want to have a clean and efficient system.
