I really like Money Tracker Pro. They have a free version, and the paid one is just a single $10 payment. I like that it works great on my phone, it uses your personal cloud storage accounts for backups (so your data isn't being hosted by a third party, besides your cloud provider) and it syncs up with all of my Windows PCs.

It's very full featured, there's pretty much nothing I haven't been able to track with it.
