- download from filehosting (mirror) and save anywhere/desktop
- Firefox > CTRL+O > open saved add-on, click on install, confirm restart firefox
- bookmarklet should appear with blue planet icon on your toolbar
- if it doesn't appear autmatically on toolbar - right click on empty space next to tabs > customize > drag and drop the icon there
first time maybe you need to set up direction of translation from Chinese simplified to English and also sometimes I randomly experiencing it will reset iself to ENG>ESP, dunno why

Apply that update by installing the cia on the japanese version, it's the only mirror I found so sorry press on telecharger to download it.

I found some direct downloads via 3dsiso.
