Win 10 has so much bloat. There's an awful lot of stuff I "just have to turn off" in 10. So much so that there are multiple programs to remove bullshit nobody asked for after every update because they keep reinstalling/enabling them.

When removing something select machine and user. Save space, improves performance. The best and most safest winapp uninstaller.

Remove all apps your not using or don't have a need for for both current user and system.

Don't worry, you can always re-install an app through windows store if you need it.

Saves you about 2-4gb in space, plus improves framerates.

This was one of the most unexpected tweaks I've ever done. I did it originally to save space on my system drive when I noticed how big the windowsapp folder was.

After doing so, framrates and Windows performance improved greatly.

Not a privacy thing exactly, but O&O AppBuster is very useful too, lets you uninstall unremovable stuff that you might never use, like Xbox, Solitaire Collection, Photos, Paint 3D, and I forget what else.

An alternative to the powershell command is O&O AppBuster. It provides a nice simple UI for managing apps that cannot be installed or uninstalled via the store or the apps & features menu.
