I use opencomic, it has pretty clean UI, can customize scroll direction, double page view, etc. Plus it has what I haven't seen in any other reader - anilist sync built in.

calibre, OpenComic, or CDisplay EX. calibre and CDisplay EX for book formats (typically for official releases), OpenComic for images in a folder (typically fan translation)
