What is the crowd's opinion of openElement?

If you want a blog, I use Blogger. If you want to make a site yourself, you could just write the pages yourself using a website creation tool like OpenElement. It works pretty well, and it's fairly easy to work with. The only real quirk I ran into working with it was that you can't put elements inside of others (i.e. text in frames) unless you go with the "Group Element" element.

I've used openelement for a few small projects and I dig it. It's a free wysiwyg editor (software, not online). If that is indeed what you're looking for, I highly recommend it.
