Well there is Otixo https://www.otixo.com/ who pioneered the multi-cloud idea.
The reason I suggested the password manager is you seem to want to login to multiple (free) providers like Dropbox, Google Drive, Box.com etc. Which can get annoying when you have to login each time your session expires
