This idea is huge and leads to even huger ideas when investigating for solutions.

Just wanting to say: a lot of minds are on this or similar things already. A lot of roads seem to have been travelled already.
Along these lines is Peergos, a P2P, E2E encrypted, open source social network and storage platform built on IPFS. Our work on it would greatly speed up with some funding. Currently we are all working on it in our spare time. If you're interested, contact me directly.
