If you use a text expander program like phrase expander, you can set it to automatically change abbreviations. I set it up last week, it now automatically changes [saws] to ﷺ and [swt] to ﷻ in whatever program I type.

They probably come with some example phrases, so you'd need to input your own frequent phrases. Or perhaps find a website that has many examples.
