What is the crowd's opinion of Privacy Repairer?

I quite like Privacy Repairer. It's simple but may not be as thorough as you would like.

First prize is to use the Enterprise edition of Windows 10, as logging can be completely disabled in that version. It's just expensive and difficult to acquire.
