What is the crowd's opinion of Prompt?

I use Android too, but iOS is my platform of choice because most apps are 'nicer' to use. JuiceSSH is sitting on my Nexus 7 for testing right now.

It too is a 'pay for' SSH client that is leaps and bounds better than the free garbage, and I'm 99.9% sure Android is the same way.

I use my iPad with prompt all the time. I haven't looked in to android SSH clients for a while (connectbot is pretty good, iirc), but if you can find something similar and you're a heavy terminal user, you should get a fair bit of use out of a nexus 7.

I never had an iPad, but I suppose you might grab Prompt ($7.99) or iSSH ($9.99).

If you don't want to pay for this software, I suppose you could jailbreak your iPad and install a terminal emulator (if there is any for an iPad).

PS: I've only had an iPhone 3GS.
