Github (in case you don't have fdroid app store)
Search the radio channel that you want to play at certain hour > tap on down arrow and select schedule icon and set time of the day you want it plays.

Why do you wanna record radio? You wanna record it and redistribute it, right! You know that's illegal where you live! I shall have no part in helping your illegal activities!
(phew, that was easy :p)
This one supports recording, but no tasker integration apparently. You can use Tasker Media Control action for play/pause, etc. Not sure how recording is affected. You can request them for intent support, is actively maintained.
