What is the crowd's opinion of Rebrandly?

I've seen some wordpress plugins that generate the affiliate links for folks to use to help you market your items. I'm curious if there is a stand alone service that does it. Maybe one that deals with a per month or per click type setup. Maybe both. Maybe it's a service someone should make.
