I personally haven't used Finale, but I have heard of a few iPhone apps for music notation. Hope this helps!

Haven't looked into this too much, I just use Musescore on my desktop for my notations, but I searched around on Drummerworld forums and other drummers recommend Reflow for iOS. Here's the thread I found for your reference.
