I've tried, that is for sure, I can't use it for writing, but for organising information its pretty good.
Currently I'm using ResophNotes to organise information.

Seem to be two similar options:
though they are both a bit old and not updated recently, but should work.
The original app, Notational.net has a great short description of the idea behind these kinds of apps.
