I've also used RomUlation in the past without problems (not for Wii games though), maybe see if it has something you're looking for?

I use Romulation. You make an account and earn 500 points per day, which you spend on games. It's annoying having to wait, but all the ISOs i've gotten from them have worked.

It's working on my S9 right now, using ePSXE.
You need to understand that the whole 3D thing was a marketing gimmick back then. The Saturn was NOT supposed to support full 3D, but here came Sony with their Playstation and the heads at Sega are like "The Saturn needs 3D too!"
The 3D gimmick pushing 3D games on the market before consoles could truly handle it gave us 3D games that look like this when we could have had 2D games that look like this. What a missed opportunity.
I'm looking for Skate 3 myself. If you find a good source at all, please share!
The only place I've found so far is Romulation, but I'd only really recommend it as a last resort, as they throttle your download speed massively. Estimated time for Skate 3 downloading was a full day.

What's bad: Hit by Nintendo DMCA like so many other ROM sites so some games are blocked.
