the site i posted doesnt work but this one does. https://savemp3.cc/en7/youtube-video-downloader paste in the youtube link then right click Download 360p MP4 and click Save Link As

I haven't been able to find them either. It's probably easier for them (cheaper) to host their files on YouTube.
Luckily there are many sites that will convert a YT video to mp3. Paid software also exists if you want a more streamlined process. But a quick Google search turned up a bunch of sites like:
