Saw someone say download using Savieo on the rant sub. Not sure if you can download the paid content though. Anyways there are alternate sites to watch such as kshow123,ONE TOUCH TV among others.

People have been told to not make a big deal and surely if SM artists shifts to their own platform, the same can be done to the content.

I don't think you would be able to download only a part of the vod. There are sites like https://savieo.com/sites/twitch that are supposed to let you download the whole thing, so you can cut the video on your pc. Also you can try to ask owners of the streaming account to create a highlight and download it for you. That seems like a long way thought.

The way I do it is to just paste the vlive url here: https://savieo.com/sites/vlive

And then click download, which just opens the vlive video in a new tab and plays it through the browser. That's the url I use to put it into streamable and rip whatever I need :)

Making a gif from a youtube video I'll just copy/paste the url into gfycat and edit it there. Gfycat is a bit iffy with Vlives though and sometimes wont accept the url. In that case I'll use Savieo to download the video then upload it to gfycat to cut.

Same deal with short clips using streamable, youtube it'll work just copy/pasting the url, Vlives I download first.

I've been meaning to get into proper video editing instead of just cutting clips but haven't gotten around to it yet :P
