What is the crowd's opinion of Scribe?

Awesome! This was a really useful resources. I tried it out but unfortunately it isn't exatly what I am looking for. I would like the movement to be kind of snappy if that makes sense. With this method I am still able to scroll down the page normally with the scroll wheel, it is only when I stop scrolling that it snaps to the next section. I would like it to only snap to the sections without allowing me to scroll anywhere in between the sections. Here is an example of what I mean: http://usescribe.com/
