Go into the attic and see if there are roof trusses ( they look like this ) or if it is stick built.( it should look like this ).
You can go into the crawl space/unfinished part of a basement and see if you have floor trusses or I joists or 2x10 floor joits. If the basement is finished but has a dropped ceiling you can lift a ceiling tile and look.

To be honest I don't know. I just assume it is not OSHA approved to use 30'/40' extension ladders on a steep dirt grade to nail off plywood/house wrap on the second floor walls. I would assume a proper scaffolding would need to be set up or some kind of lift truck know as a Lull with a man basket. Scaffolding would take time or the Lull would cost money to rent or own and operate. Same goes for siding guys working up a side of a house that is 40' plus to the peak of the gable end.
Using a harness on a big cut up roof ( lots of hips and valleys) is time consuming (we actually use a harness when laying plywood on the roof and are one of the only framing companies around that does). Or building a safety rail around the entire roof is extremely time consuming.
Setting roof trusses by the OSHA book would take a lot more time I assume. I have never done that before but as far as I know you need to be tied off when setting trusses and having to re tie off as you work your way across the house and properly bracing the trusses as you go would be more time consuming while a crane charging $150 an hour is waiting.
If you look at the photos here, you can see several that show a similar plastic float. Not that it is conclusive evidence. If we could see the details of the object, it might be possible to prove that it is part of a sonobouy.
Some of them are round which is cool. They come in all shapes and sizes Another reason I have heard for planetary nebula being all distorted in shape could be because of the planets that were around the star when it went through the process of flinging off material. They might stir up the stuff coming off for lack of a better term.
