Boas. Já tiveste aqui respostas muito bem dadas e com bons concelhos, só me resta partilhar a minha experiência.

Falo como alguém que teve na mesma situação que tu ainda há poucas semanas, só que eu tinha (e tenho) um trunfo que foi estar numa cidade com pessoal que já conhecia e portanto se precisar de algum contacto social tenho sempre para onde me virar.

De qualquer da maneira, já consideraste ações de voluntariado? Pelo menos aqui em Coimbra conheço pessoal da minha faculdade que as faz, e tambéma a própria Câmera. Óptima maneira de conhecer pessoas.

Não sei como é que será em Viana, mas no pior dos casos podes sempre tentar formar um grupito e ver se há gente com os mesmos interesses que se chegue à frente.

Também tens o http://www.skout.com/ mas nunca experimentei. Sei que a ideia base é a mesma, de procurar pessoal perto com os mesmos interesses, mas não to posso recomendar.
