What is the crowd's opinion of Snipaste?

Is the new snip and paste able to accurately capture colour info and do precise cropping(like adjusting pixels)? I have been using Snipaste and ability to get colour info and saving as I snip instantly is awesome.

If you mean pause the video and write over a frame, you can capture a screenshot and do that.

Example using the Snipaste app.

1. Start a video and press F1.
2. Click the video
3. Type, draw and annotate on top of the video

You can then pin that to your screen or save it or paste it somewhere. Or you can access your captures later because the app stores them temporarily.
