I found the below link that might help. Seems it’s a help article for a streaming software, but it looks free, and they mention using a high quality webcam to stream on OnlyFans, so it might work.

I don't have a Mac but look into if SplitCam is available. It is a software that is like simplified OBS. The Lush actually uses a browser extension. You add it to OBS if you want the menu/status to show on the video stream.

I use splitcam (https://splitcam.com/) which create a virtual camera where I can put a video file.
When needed, I switch to the splitcam camera and audio in my videoconference program, and I start the media in splitcam. Much more easier than OBS, and it works like a charm.
