1. https://stackby.com/ - I use to manage my side project using pre-made template which are very easy to use. There are other 1000+ template, choose according to your work.
2. Notion- I use it to organize my daily tasks and To-do lists.

you can also add r/Stackby to this list, it is a spreadsheet/database platform and it is much more powerful than google sheets. i personally use the personal budget template to keep a track on what my spending's were the past month.

Depends on the scale of your project.

There are two ways to go about it:

- If it's a small scale project, you can consider easy to use frontend online database platforms like Stackby and use the Developer API into your application. Best for small scale prototypes, MVPs etc. Best to use such platforms on daily basis on what you can achieve with databases.

- If it's a large scale project, that's when the large scale SQL/No-SQL databases come into the picture.
