What is the crowd's opinion of Star Conflict?

You might want to check out Star Conflict. It's an MMO but there's quite a bit of co-op and PVE content. And it's free, so long as you resist the temptation to shovel them money for cosmetic stuff and Premium Passes.

I was skeptical, but I'm enjoying it.

Star Conflict is a pretty space-ey game, but a lot of it is dogfighting and it may feel a bit unrealistic with the smooth, boatlike turns and everything. It's totally three dimensional, and is what I'm gonna play for a while, until Star Citizen comes out.

We have at least 2. Vendetta Online and Star Conflict. EQ will get it eventually but the alpha doesn't even have a first person view yet.

Yeah, but WoW battlegrounds or Star Conflict or any other game is way better at being an action game. You have

• a better way of handling built-in bonuses than SP and modules

• much faster respawn and no need to worry about ISK (especially for newbros)

• no gate guns
• matchmaking
• a way better interface

• a much more exciting action game - remember, we took out the thrill of putting your ship on the line to make someone else lose theirs because we're not treating the losses as permanent any more
