Not an app recommendation, but rather a reminder that Google Drive can be used to migrate some of your data.
If you don't like that option, SynciOS works well, but the free version is limited.

http://www.syncios.com/data-transfer/ Helps to transfer your data between Android and iOS. I use it every time I switch which I already backed up my Android phone to it, and will restore it to my iOS device X when it comes in Thursday.
