What is the crowd's opinion of TimeTune?

Sure . At the moment I use:

TimeTune - for managing my daily routine and staying on schedule.

Wunder List - for tasks and checklists. Especially good as I can have it on my phone and my PC, and my partner and I can have shared task lists.

Writeometer - for keeping track of writing productivity.

I have tried other apps over the past two years, these are just what I've found works best for now. There are a few other I use for other things like Nomie and a meditation app.

I used to use kitchen timers and a visual schedule, and intermix video games with tasks that needed doing - half an hour on one, half an hour on the other. Now I tend to use apps and have my day's schedule set out. At the moment I use TimeTune which allows me to set up different "Day Schedules" that I can toggle on and off as I need them but I may try Accomplish because it looks like it can combine a To-Do list and a short-term calendar which is the kind of thing I respond well too.

I respond very well to structure, routine and schedules so this sort of approach works well for me, but everyone is different.

Not really. There are several things that make it different:

• TimeTune shows daily and weekly statistics about how you distribute your time, so you can see where the times goes and make decisions. You cannot do this with a calendar.
• Although it's possible to establish a detailed routine on a calendar, it's not practical. The calendar gets completely cluttered.
• TimeTune shows information about unused time. A calendar doesn't.
• Each and every notification in TimeTune is customizable (sound, vibration, popup, personal message, color, text-to-speech). You will not find this in any other app on the market.
• You can add notifications to the end of activities, whenever that is. Again, not possible with a calendar.
• You can quickly rearrange activities in routines with a long-press and all times get automatically recalculated.
• TimeTune really helps create good habits. After using it for a while, people certainly increase their productivity. The reviews speak for themselves.
• And the app is still young, we are just growing.

To sum up, TimeTune is useful if you want to map your day or week and improve your distribution of time. Other people looking for one-time reminders or one-time tasks might just prefer a calendar.
