Unfortunately, it is a paid service, but the basic plan isn't that expensive (19$ a month) I have never used it for low cap coins like these but they sometimes come up. It's well worth the subscription and in this case is t was well worth it too.

You have really bad luck.
You should read this book. It on Amazon but their website has a digital version for free.
It has helped me avoid the stinkers and taught me to Weed the Garden.
Pull out the losers and water the good projects on a Qtr basis.
