CCleaner is good for deleting cache and temp files from MANY different programs, and has a decent registry cleaner (if you really want that). It also has a decent program uninstaller that IMHO is faster than windows uninstaller.
I also like ToolWiz care which seems more thorough, and has a few extra features like 'system virtualization'
