Binance does not offer this option for spot trading, but there are 3rd-party solutions that allow to connect to your Binance wallet and pass TSL orders from their platform.

I'm using one called Trailing Crypto:

It does offer the possibility to create trailing stop orders for both buy or sell (Trailing Stop Buy/ Trailing Stop Less), and it's very easy to set up your Binance account keys there, as well as several other exchanges (BitMex, Coinbase, Kraken, KuCoin etc). I found it very intuitive to use and it works well for me.

They offer a limited free version and their subscription plans start at $5/m if you need to pass more orders. You can also use their demo mode to test and learn it.

So far I'm quite pleased with it.

IMHO, trading platforms should need to have trailing and ladder entries...but the sophisticated retails use api or have other work arounds.

What you're wanting to do is not really possible, taking profits at multiple sell targets.

You could split your sell orders and have a third sell at the first target, a third sell at the second target, and the remainder sell at the last target, for example. All using limit orders.

Keep in mind, the higher the target the less likely, or longer it will take to reach.

What I recommend is to use one of these services to maximize profits with a "trailing stop loss". You can set your take profit to activate at your first target, and if the price keeps going up you'll continue to increase profits, locking in profit when the price comes back down (determined by the percentage you set).
