Or get a cloud download service like transfercloud.io or seedr.cc and link it to a cloud drive. Copy the magnet link to the cloud service and set to transfer to your cloud drive and then download from your drive. No need for a VPN or even a torrent client on your pc.

Also it does rapidgator and uploaded witout downloading to it's server, so that's literally faster than offcloud which likes to download to it's server first.

There's alldebrid, which hardly costs $5, plust they provide discount for next purchase after one purchase

just that they do not support remote upload, but they are going to implement,

also if you were to put rapidgator files there, say you kept total links of 20 GB it will be done, despite 15 GB restriction, but after that, you cannot do any rapidG until reset
