When I wanted to watch the live footage of the protests which happened a while back I installed...

As I've never used Twitch via their website or client I can't speak to the advantages and disadvantages of using that app beyond saying that it was easy to use and that it streamed reliably without any annoyances getting in the way, (this may have been due to the extremely restrictive DNS settings which I use on my devices, I simply don't know).
