Ultrastar is a clone of the game Singstar. I've been using it for years. https://usdx.eu/
I used to do karaoke on my PC with the program UltraStar Deluxe ( https://usdx.eu )- it's free and open source. You can do your own songs or download free ones.
You just need to connect a microphone to your computer, there are some pretty cheap USB ones on Amazon. If you have more than one microphone, you can even play together.
I personally recommend Ultrastar Deluxe, you can get the lyric files for songs at USDB (comments tend to contain YouTube links for audio & video set-up for the lyric file). Its easy to set-up and get rolling.
