Great tips. For the 'use Safari instead of bloated Electron web apps' tip, I love Unite - a way to create windowed app from a website, but still running on built-in webkit (Safari) engine:

Perfect. I'm using this with an app for macOS called Unite ; It allows you "convert" a website into a native (WebKit) macOS app. It also has an option to set up this "app" as a menu bar element, and it simply looks beautiful in Big Sur, and the way it handles Spotify is majestic. I'm replacing my other native mac pomodoro and timer apps with this one. Concentration driven by music. As a complementary suggestion, and considering it is an actual productivity tool, you can also add more playlists in this mood with more genres, letting people choose the trip they want, without interfering with the basics: stay focused, don't waste time finding music, and simply work. I have some suggestions of other genres and playlists (not minein fact, made by some of the greatest music records, artists and special music projects like Grammofy and Endel). Congratulations and thank you pal!
What would be the point? You can create an app using Unite and use a Big Sur style icon for it.
Youtube, Reddit, Dribbble, Pinterest, Matter, and Disney+ exists unofficially.
They use html code thanks to Electron. But you can create them literally with one click (that's what I did) HERE
Started out playing with Grafana and Zabbix and created a couple of standalone apps using Unite but the auto icons are ugly, so I made these instead. Hope you find them useful.
Using Developer Responsive Design Mode in Safari also allows this. You can also create an app with Unite in macOS. Pretty sure there are many options for Windows 10 as well.
If you're on a Mac and you want to try something at your own risk, have a look at Unite - it creates a "native" wrapper for online apps.
I have not tested extensively, but it functions quite well on my MacBook Air. I haven't had any sync problems so far.I've tested making changes offline and they've synced back to the site when the network comes back, but I don't know how reliable that is.
I guess there are equivalents to Unite for Windows and other Ones, if you need them
