If I recall correctly there are a few people selling used ones for around $40. That's how I got mine. Also, if you're interested, there are a few ways you can use it without actually owning the physical calculator. There's an android app, as well as a Windows program. You can download the ROM here, just click on the one called "TI92P.ROM." Enjoy!
