The last time I downloaded a whole WordPress blog, I used this thing: https://www.cyotek.com/cyotek-webcopy/downloads
I did not bother converting in into EPUB, though. So no idea what's useful there.
Here's what I did. 1. Download Cyotek Web Copy. 2. Put the link below in the URL box.

But make sure you do these things
A: look at THIS incase you plan on pausing and continuing later. It shouldn't re-download files. Make sure you apply the settings from that page. B: make sure in "Folder Settings" it DOES NOT SAY "Empty folder" or else it will delete everything in that folder and start that over C: after you put those settings, save your profile so that it saves the settings.
