I think you can boost your learning by starting with some JS framework or library. You should definitely expand your JS basics but the library can help to get some results quickly. Check this interactive tutorials page. From my point of view, it is right way fro junior web developers career

Interesting use case, really. I don't believe that you can all-in-one solutions for game-part and business-part. For business-part take a look at Webix - here is the education section where you can check where it easy enough for you or not.

For free try the qooxdoo framework. It feels like witting java, no need for html and css. I love it.

There is also Sencha but it costs some serious $$

There is also the Capuccino framework but you need to learn objective j. Never touched it.

And there is webix

You could build something custom or you can use a widget library.
