I did find this, but it doesn't show all connections at a time, and doesn't let you calculate degrees of seperation.

EDIT: Slightly more research yields this, which is likely what you'd want.

There is no need to start following hyperlinks or using a HTTP spider for something like that - Wikipedia dumps their database content as SQL at regular intervals. My guess is that you can get the interwiki links dump from their download page for 2019-01-01, and use that as your data set for exploring how articles are connected.
