I'll have to check some of these out. A year or 2 ago I was using a old version of Windy (http://projectwindy.codeplex.com/), which worked fairly good on XP. Some features were removed and it didn't work as well after the update.
I wish there was something like Awesome WM on windows (http://awesome.naquadah.org/).
