I have been using https://winio.io with my team. We can manage our task list, have target discussion inside the task, a quick chat about the project and share all the documents. Is super easy.

Currently, I'm using a combination of tools:

• winio: to collaborate with my team - tasks, docs, and conversation in a single place

• Bear: For my personal notes

• Toggl: to keep me on task

We started using Winio and so far I've been very impressed with their simplistic design and openness to implementing feedback suggestions. I've been using Winio every day to manage the things I need to do across several different projects and it has helped me transition from a pen and paper solution. Highly recommended!

Elevator Pitch/Explainer Video - winio is a collaboration platform where small teams have a really simple place to have discussions, create tasks and upload documents about a given project. The goal is to take out the complexity of big project management tools built for big companies and give an affordable tool to “normal” teams.

More details:- We just launch two weeks ago, we are in public beta. Currently the team is of three guys aka the founders.
