For those looking for an alternative, I found a tool called XMeters. It does everything I need and is very customisable and very performance efficient. It currently has a CPU, RAM, storage, and network meter. I spoke to the developer and they're busy adding on a GPU meter as well. It's free if anyone wants to check it out!

Its XMeters (https://entropy6.com/xmeters/) which monitors CPU and network usage in the taskbar. Was searching for something similar to „iStatMenus“ for Mac and this was the closest thing I was able to find.
