xPad. Basically like a simplified version of word or you could see it as notepad with extra features. Has a really easy to use slide out document folder, autosaves so you never have to, and you can color code documents by topic. I use it everyday of my life, for everything from shopping lists, to songs I want to download and books I want to read.
