Sure, I use: Your Private VPN It's around 8 bucks actually (6 euros) for the cheapest service, and when you connect you can choose from their U.S., Canadian, German, Netherlands, Swiss, or UK servers. (For a better explanation, once you get your username and passcode from them and install their little client, you right click on the VPN connection that it makes and hit properties, and you choose which server you want to use).
