As of right now Dishonored 2 unlocks in 23 hours (Europe) and 14 hours (Australia). So Australian VPN unlock it is yet again.

Quick guide to a VPN unlock (note: obviously only works in 14 hours from now when it's launched in Australia):

1. Exit Steam

2. Go here https://zenvpn.net/en/vpn-locations/australia/

3. Create an account and confirm your email

4. Download the VPN bundle off of the page they send you to, install it

6. Log in to Steam

7. Wait for Dishonored 2 to unlock (it can take an hour or more on a slow computer)
