Zona - http://zona.ru/en/ - been using it for the past year, its brilliant, pretty much always up to date, is still in development and not being blocked currently.
Main issue you may find is clicking the right source for your language as it is Russian so many of the sources available are Russian. However everything I've seen so far has had an well synced English soundtrack for it so no problems here.
