Nice design, I like everything about it, although it is essentially a different car.

Caveats: I am going for a look with less supplementary shapes, i.e notice in original design, there is essentially one piece of metal unwound, i.e. no fins, no diffusers, no side skirts.

• Yesterday, I uploaded a render of 3d model of Dio, with tail lights, as seen on wikifactory in image "thumnail_8c_small.png".

• There is also a long clip uploaded January 1, 2020, with a blender 3d animation showing the headlights and tail-lights.

• Also, back on December 7, 2020 as mentioned in the same Gta iv post, the tail lights were already designed, although they were done in gimp photo editor initially as described in the same youtube description:
